Incredible Bulk (1997)
It’s about a Nerd who is on the beach. The Nerd is spying on a beautiful Blond Model. The Nerd is reading a book how to pick up up women. He goes up to the Beautiful Blond Model and asks her out. She says yes, but the Nerd doesn’t know she has a boyfriend. The Boyfriend goes to look for the Nerd beats him up and the Nerd turns into the INCREDIBLE BULK.
